From September 2023, Adecco is becoming FLAIR. But even though our name and look is changing, our people and core values remain the same. You can still reach the same people at the same offices and phone numbers that you are used to.
However, you will still encounter the Adecco name here and there, as it takes time to switch out. We are still working closely with Adecco and continue as their preferred partner in Denmark.
Why FLAIR?
Flair means talent and having a natural knack for something. We believe everyone has it, and we are here to celebrate it.
Plus, as a temp and recruitment partner, we have honed our flair for matching and connecting people with workplaces for 35 years. And that continues to be our greatest purpose.

The change of name and ownership is the culmination of a transition that began in 2021, where Avanta Intermare Holdings LTD purchased 67% of Adecco Denmark.
Now, The Adecco Group has sold the remaining 33% to Avanta Intermare Holdings LTD, making them the company's new sole owner.
Avanta Intermare Holdings LTD is a holding company based in the United Kingdom. They operate in 3 countries and primarily offer services within permanent and temporary staffing, payroll and outsourcing.
The company has been the majority owner of Adecco Denmark since 2021 and was selected as a buyer based on their ambitious acquisition and development plan for the Danish organization.
Actually, not that much else than our name and apperance. We are still ready to match people with their dream job - and vice versa.
FLAIR and The Adecco Group will make sure to continue business as usual and secure a smooth transition for both employees and clients. FLAIR continues to operate from Adecco Denmark's four current offices.

Adecco Denmark's transition to FLAIR is starting in september 2023, but because of the many contact points on buildings, cars, uniforms, etc., you will still be able to see Adecco in the Danish cityspace for some time.
