On behalf of our customer Villa Copenhagen, we are now looking for a Hotel Manager.

Skills & qualifications needed

• You have a background and career path within the higher end of hospitality
• You are a people person - great leadership capabilities are key for this role
• Commercial savvy and a keen interest in the future tech needed in our industry
• You must be a team player and able to lead and achieve targets through leaders in your team
• Positivity and drive
• Change management and leadership

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our guest journey at all times
• Meet and beat performance targets while enhancing our culture, working environment, engagement, guest satisfaction and commercial performance
• Train, nurture and develop talents across Villa Copenhagen
• Ensure the great working environment and co-work between departments across the hotel
• Creating new guest experiences and branding opportunities
• Key player in Villa’s ESG work and its agenda
• Occasionally stand in for GM

The Hotel Manager reports to Villa Copenhagen’s General Manager and is an integral part of our senior leadership team - EXCOM

Housekeeping, Front office, Reservations and Event planning are all reporting directly to the Hotel Manager
